TRAVELING MUSEUM EXHIBITION
With its innovative combination of traditional museum displays, live laboratory demonstrations, and state-of-the-art interactive video kiosks, the comprehensive Medicines: The Inside Story museum exhibition immerses visitors in the eye-opening world of medical science. The exhibition allows visitors to investigate all aspects of medicine -- not only what they are, where they come from, and how they work, but the ever-changing and sometimes controversial role they have played in society. Following its successful 1996 debut at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta, Georgia, the six-gallery, 4,500-square-foot installation continues to travel to other major science museums across the United States.
